ENTER-transfer
ENTER-transfer promotes economic and social innovation and reduces the negative effects of demographic change in Central Europe by creating conditions for national and international business succession and raising awareness among public and private stakeholders.
Training and regional strategies improve succession support capacity and public-sector awareness. Targeted training strengthens the skills of young entrepreneurs, family business owners and their descendants. Innovative tools and services simplify succession and help preserve family businesses.
The project develops a portal connecting businesses seeking successors with young entrepreneurs interested in taking over; strategies helping policymakers create favourable conditions; and a succession toolkit with practical guides for businesses and prospective successors.
Its innovation is twofold: introducing a comprehensive approach to succession in newer EU member states, where the issue is still emerging, and enabling transnational business succession.
