JVTP Services – Trend Support
The project prepares and provides a package of discounted expert advisory services for SMEs in South Bohemia, covering innovation, optimisation and gradual digitalisation of business processes, and the introduction of Industry 4.0 into practice. This comprehensive SME support programme is called Trend Support (PoTr).
Areas of expert advice
- Strategic management and innovation management
- Strategic advice for entering new markets
- Protection and use of intellectual property rights
- Business model validation
- Developing process management to optimise operations and support gradual digital transformation
- Sales and marketing strategy
- Design and engineering processes, with an emphasis on Industry 4.0
Strategic changes and innovation should be based on a detailed analysis of existing business processes. Advisory services therefore help develop process management and digitalisation, producing outputs such as an action plan for process changes linked to digitalisation. This avoids random digitalisation that results in incompatible, inefficient and expensive innovations.
Proposed changes are incorporated into strategic company documents. Expert advice can also support implementation of specific changes in the action plan, including new technologies, engineering solutions and Industry 4.0.
The advice helps regional SMEs implement changes in strategic and innovation management, market entry, new business models, design and engineering, intellectual property, employee leadership, and sales and marketing strategy.
JVTP announced the programme on 1 February 2021. Full information for SMEs and self-employed people in South Bohemia is available at www.inovoucher.cz/potr.
